Lisa is committed to creating a safe and collaborative environment where she actively listens and understands your perspective. Her approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, but she also values and affirms your expertise regarding your own life. She empathetically supports you as you work through life's challenges, improve your mental health and wellbeing, and build stronger relationships. Lisa believes in the possibility of healing, growth, and recovery for everyone, and that practicing self-compassion and mindfulness can lead to a better future.

For over 25 years Lisa has provided therapy services to adults, families, couples, adolescents and young adults.  This has included:

  • Experience working in public health settings with trauma survivors and their friends/families 

  • Experience working in community health and local government settings providing counselling services​​
